Can you ship an order to my country?
We can ship our products to Spain and some counstries from the European Union. For other countries we must ask for a quote from our transport company, to obtain the best offer available at that moment in time. Therefore if you would like to place an order with us all you need to do is to send us the list of products you want by email to info@santosguitars.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
How much are the transport costs?
The prices indicated are exworks and subject to change without notice.
To obtain an estimate of the shipping costs, we provide a tool that you can find in your shopping cart. This tool will inform you of the shipping costs based on your postal code and weight of the selected products.
Orders are sent via transport company Correos Express for all destinations. Shipping fees do not include the taxes or duties of your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
What if a product is damaged?
Sen us an email to info@santosguitars.com within 24 hours after receiving your package and send us a picture and all the details of your order.
Can I return a product?
Estamos completamente seguros de la calidad de nuestros productos, pero si alguno de ellos no respondiera enteramente a tus deseos, no dudes en devolvérnoslo, antes de 15 días, tal y como lo recibiste. Los gastos de envío de la devolución correrán por parte del cliente. Te ofreceremos la posibilidad de devolverte el importe o cambiarlo por otro producto.
En caso de que hayamos cometido un error a la hora de efectuar tu pedido, lo corregiremos sin gasto alguno para ti. No se admitirán devoluciones de artículos serigrafiados, manipulados o que hayan sufrido algún tipo transformación.
Una vez recibido el producto en nuestros almacenes, se realizará la comprobación de su estado antes de realizar el cambio o el reintegro de su importe. Para cualquier reclamación / cambio / devolución, ponte en contacto con nosotros por email info@santosguitars.com y facilítanos tu nombre, número de pedido y la descripción y fotografías del producto a reclamar.
