- 20% Off: Small parts and hardware (Nuts, screws, generic electronics).

- Minimum Fee Waiver: Exemption from the €60 minimum shop fee for minor adjustments or quick consultations.

Terms & Conditions
The Plan is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Each subscription is linked to one (1) specific instrument, identified by brand, model, and serial number during the first visit. Includes 1 Full Service and 1 Full Setup. Services are not cumulative; they must be used within the 12-month validity period. No refunds for unused services. The Plan price covers labor only. Strings, electronic components, hardware, or any other parts required will be billed separately. VIP discounts (10%, 15%, 20%) apply to additional repairs on the registered instrument. The €60 minimum shop fee is waived for minor consultations regarding the subscribed guitar. Prior appointment is required. Santos Guitars offers priority booking to plan holders, subject to shop capacity.
